While the initial mail mentioned only some public services, there were other services impacted by that outage. The armv7.dev.centos.org node is one of those. So I had to launch a restore process of the public content for rpmbuild (http://armv7.dev.centos.org/rpmbuild/) and repodir (http://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/) , so don't be surprised if that looks empty for now : restore process is still ongoing (and will take hours).
