Hi,

It seems you aren't using one of the official and released image for
CentOS 7 userland for rpi2 (see
http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/isos/armhfp/)
I guess you used one of the previous images (not built by me) that
pointed to the unsigned/testing repositories.
As said in the previous mail sent to this list, we had a power outage
for that rack hosting that node, and we're currently restoring from
backup (still ongoing)
You should only point to released/signed content like
http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/os/armhfp/  (and same for updates
and extras)
