[Arm-dev] qt-devel for armhfp

I cannot locate the qt-devel package for armhfp.  All the other usual Qt4 goodies (qt-mysql, etc) are in the Base repo as expected, but not the -devel package.  The same appears to hold for qt3-devel.

Were these not built for some reason, or am I just looking in the wrong place?
