I might suggest first getting Fedora23 minimal running on your BBB. Make sure what is know to work is working for you. Go to: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM/F23/Installation For instructions. From there we may be able to figure out what is mismatched here with C7-arm and BBB.
