[Arm-dev] Silly question about expanding the root directory, wifi?

I'm having the sd Card size issue consistently. However, I read on the
release notes "Info" link on the altarch page that there is some magic you
have to do to get the Wifi running - specifically a firmware update... I
didn't get there yet as I'm working on a cluster of Pi2's and only have a
couple of 3's I'm experimenting with...
