No, but we haven't established a formal strategy for pushing a src.rpm for something 'changed' like this yet. I think we need to work out if vault is the right place, and how we push things there. There are a handful of packages for aarch64 that are problematic like this. The qemu-kvm-ev package, ovmf, and the kernel (though that has a workflow workflow established, just not formally documented on the wiki) are the ones jumping immediately to mind.
