Agreed, but almost all these are in linux-4.9-rc4 already and this is
only for inclusion into CentOS 7.3.
Jim wanted me to send patches instead of a tree. So I don't expect
anybody to review this.
It's just that git send-mail sends to all signed-off-by list.
