I think I got the qt5-qt* stuff nailed. I have not build all yet, but
there is definately progress.

You can build
qt5-qtbase
qt5-qtdeclarative
qt5-qttools
(in this order)
with "bootstrap 1"

with the last 2 you'll also need to disable some %files, because the
don't get build in a bootstrap setting.

With the result of these you should have enough to get the rest of the
build going.
