[Arm-dev] mozjs patches to enable 48-bit VA on aarch64

Hi,

I would like to have the mozjs mmap patches integrated into the aarch64 
centos build. These patches are fairly safe, and fix the primary reason 
why 48-bit VA's were causing problem on aarch64.

The patches may be sourced from this fedora defect 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1242326.

In particular the patch for mozjs17, mozjs24 and mozjs38 provided by 
Zheng Xu should be applied.
