For 99% of the packages, they're the same as the x86_64 builds, so http://vault.centos.org/7.2.1511/os/Source/SPackages/ etc. For the packages I've updated or had to modify, they're at http://vault.centos.org/altarch/7.2.1511/updates/Source/aarch64/Source/SPackages/ I'll see about adding the source repo definitions when we start doing the 7.3.x prep.
