[Arm-dev] nextcloud on armv7hl

I am going to start building a new drive tomorrow than give it all 
another go around.

Probably start in the afternoon.  I have been working with openssl to 
first create a generic ECDSA pki (I have a quick guide on that), and now 
working on adding 802.1AR certs.
