[Arm-dev] nextcloud on armv7hl

Doing fun openSSL stuff for work right now.  developing a guide to build 
an ECDSA pki and support for 802.1AR certs.  After this next round of 
improvements, I will share it here.  Then I can get back to Nextcloud...

New HD is built.
