[Arm-dev] Build system for CentOS Arm 32-bit

Hi Fabian,
Thanks for your recommendations. I will study it.

The final goal is that I need to develop a CentOS BSP for our in-house
custom board which run on MT7623A Soc.
As I do not have that board now so I reuse my wanboard as preparation steps.
