Something to keep in mind is that builds are done from SRPMS, and
php-imap itself is built from php-extras (repoquery --source php-imap
would show that on a x86_64 node)

So here is the build log :

I can kick it again but also worth reminding that it's not a centos pkg
but an epel one too ..
