[Arm-dev] Release for CentOS 7.3.1611 on ARM64/AArch64

I got a stupid question. I see an image file in that list. Is it tailored for these chips?

* Applied Micro X-Gene 
* AMD Opteron A1100
* Cavium ThunderX

I haven’t used these, I just pulled the names from the AArch64 page (https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch/AArch64). No idea what a Qualcomm QDF2432 is, or a Merlin-based board.
