Thanks. I think you're right that my local repos need fixed up. 

That said, it is difficult to find the aarch64 bits hosted on a mirror over
rsync. Typically the mirrors only host the x86_64 platform.

I had a working rsync mirror, that I pulled from this mailing list in the
past, but it no longer works (rsync://mirrors.coreix.net).

I will hack something together with wget but if there is an rsync resource
then I'd love to know about it.
