Having worked a lot with Fedora-arm since F20, I recommend Xfce. In
fact, I have grown so use to it, I use it on my x86_64 notebook. Much
longer battery life on long flights.
Now if it will install? Don't know :)
BTW, with Fedora25 server, they have a web management interface.
