[Arm-dev] auditd update

audit-2.6.5-3.el7_3.1 was recently released by upstream to fix an auditd
crash when "log_format = NOLOG" is used.  This update has made it to
CentOS 7 x86_64, but not to ARMv7.  I suspect that log_format = NOLOG is
actually way more common (as a percentage) on ARM than it is on x86_64,
so this is fairly ironic.

Please build this update for ARMv7.
