[Arm-dev] CentOS 7.2 aarch64 ISO

Out of curiosity, why is the 7.2 iso needed? Once installed, the first
update will bring in all the 7.3 pieces anyway (and there are a number
of CVE fixes between 7.2 and 7.3).
