[Arm-dev] ThunderX on CentOS 7.3

We have Centos 7.3 working on T31.
Most updates are available here for the Avantek/GigaByte versions of the boards:

We actually back-revved from T30 to T27 to get Red Hat to work. So, we'd have to go back to T30 to get CentOS to work over RHEL?

We have 2S ThunderX running CentOS 7.3. It didn't work out of the box, but after updating firmware it worked.
