Last time it was discussed with Fedora/Epel folks, the issue is that
Epel is building against RHEL, and that there is no RHEL 7 armhfp
release (and that will never happen)

So for the time being, the only option is the one described on the wiki
(https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch/Arm32?highlight=%28arm32%29#head-f2a772703b3caa90cc284e01bc87423ce9a87bcd)
and so use that "unofficial" repo
