I had to apply some patches to the sunxi kernel that were pending to be
merged upstream in order to have SMP and HDMI running.
I also had to patch the kernel's dtb for the HDMI running (i've been to
lazy to send the patch to the kernel list), if you need it i can upload
this code to github or i can pack you a kernel+initramfs for you to use
it with your cubieboard5
