Thanks for the report
it seems the repoclosure script (when ran to create the c7-1708 tree)
removed some pkgs, due to missing Requires: at that time, but that were
built after.
Some other were there (like ImageMagick, but as updates for c7-1511 but
never updated since) but not imported.

All the missing packages (that match with the x86_64 tree) to satisfy
your missing dependencies are now being signed and pushed to mirrors.

ETA : ~1h
