So in the mean time (yes, appeared *today*) :
http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/sclo/aarch64/rh/

But I guess that the -release files aren't correct yet to cover the
/altarch/ vs /centos/ in baseurl so it will be discussed next monday
during the CBS meeting.
