Because kernel-alt only contains specific patches for aarch64/armv8 and
armhfp isn't covered at all (there is no "upstream" for it)
So that's the reason why I have to use a different one for
armhfp/armv7hl, and that we use so far the 4.9.x LTS branch.

After some discussions in #centos-arm, we are thinking about rebasing to
4.14.x when 7.5.18xx will drop, but nothing written in stone at this stage
