[Arm-dev] Generic armhfp / aarch64 root filesystem for CentOS 7.5.1804

I'll be building the aarch64 ones, yes. I was at RH summit when 7.5 was
released and had some family issues to attend to after. I'll be back in
the office Monday and able to put it out then. Sorry about the delay :-/
