[Arm-dev] CentOS 8 for armv7hl

Is there anything that I could do to help?

I have a spare Pi4 with 4GB to play with (currently have microSD cards 
with Rasbien and ArchLinuxARM 4.19.80) and I use a Linux workstation for 
my PC.
I am not a make expert but I have used it occasionally.
