For low ends, I'm using a hummingboard pulse, which comes with several 
configurations, I think one of them is 4G (mine has 3G), it has nvme but 
I've never tried it.
If you want to go a abit above that range, while still not being server 
prices, the Solidrun Honeycomb is what I use, up to 64G, nvme, etc, but 
that's really above in price.
