So far, the best way to use CentOS i rpi4 is using the specific image CentOS-Userland-7-armv7hl-RaspberryPI-Minimal-4-1908-sda.raw.xz. If you want to help us test, there is an aarch64 image for the rpi available here https://people.centos.org/pgreco/CentOS-Userland-7-aarch64-RaspberryPI-Minimal-4-1908/ . CentOS8 still doesn't support the rpi4 because manline kernel doesn't have the right bits yet, but we're working on that. Thanks for testing. Pablo.
