[Arm-dev] Install vanilla CentOS 8 aarch64 on raspberry pi 4b

So I have installed 2 raspberry pi 4's with
https://people.centos.org/pgreco/CentOS-Userland-8-stream-aarch64-RaspberryPI-Minimal-4/
and all of them have had the ethernet work during boot and afterwords.
I then got the updated kernels from
https://people.centos.org/pgreco/rpi_aarch64_el8/ which have made
various other parts work.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Flame wars in
sci.astro.orion. I have seen SPAM filters overload because of Godwin's
Law. All those moments will be lost in time... like posts on  BBS...
time to reboot.
