I just found some old notes of mine that pointed to a 'special' kernel for odroid support: https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repos/images/CentOS-Userland-7-armv7hl-generic-Minimal-419-v26-1810-sda.raw.xz that was suppose to be fixed with Centos 7.7.....
