So the project has been created:
https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/renovate-runner
I've granted you access to it via a new group on accounts.centos.org (we can
easily add more people there), you'll need to visit https://id.centos.org/gitlab
for this new group membership to sync to gitlab.

I've also added the `platform-engineering-bot` user with `developer` level
access.
