Ich benutze CentOS nur auf einigen Serversystemen. Workstation ist bei
mir seit 10 Jahren Gentoo Linux. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass du das
Ruckeln in deinem Browser meinst oder? In dem Fall würde ich dir den
NVIDIA Installer von nvidia.com empfehlen. Sollte au CentOS eigentlich
funktionieren. Lies dir nochmals die Release Notes durch bezüglich
Abhängigkeiten.
