Epel habe ich als repository eingebunden, aber ein aktuelles clamav
steht auch dort nicht zur Verfügung.

Paket clamav-0.99.4-1.el7.x86_64 ist bereits in der neuesten Version installiert.

Aktuell ist allerdings Version 0.100.x
