Hallo,
wenn es nach einem Neustart der Dienste geht richt es nach einem Timing oder Reihenfolgeproblem der Dienste.
Wäre was kaputt würde ein Neustart der Dienste nicht helfen. Logfiles lesen bzw. Loglevel hoch schrauben.
