so can we all agree on the following :

All packages to dev.centos.org should be announced here on 
centos-devel at centos.org

We need 5 ( five ) 'it works' before its most to stable

At least 1 'it works' from each Arch the package is bing built for.

Packages for CentOS4, need to be built on the standard buildsystems 
building the [base] and [updates], when they are moved from 
dev.centos.org to mirror.centos.org
