I get the same message during installation. But this kernel solves 
problems with our new hardware (Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo notebook with SATA 
ICH7 Intel Dualcore), that with the 2.6.9.-42.0.3 kernel requires 
"acpi=off irqpoll" (and is still unstable with these options).
