[CentOS-devel] Postfix + Postgresql RPM?

Specfile diff for building a postfix-2.1.5-4.2.RHEL4.pgsql.centos4.i386.rpm

along the lines of the Postfix + Mysql RPM available in CentosPlus.

Any idea what repository would be appropriate to try and get this 
included in?
