Should not be much of a problem - as long as you have a usable system,
we can setup a collaborative process, so the builds can be offloaded to
a chunkier machine if required.
What would count a lot more is the testing and some developer time, if
you can put that in.

dist-cc and xcompile is prolly something that we dont really want to do.
