That is true, but because all our machines use a common config from an 
include=, I add the rpmforge manually to the master yum.conf (on our web 
server) and that takes care of it.  As I said, it is a workaround, not a 
solution.

I still would like (at a minimum) to see the files put back into the 
yumconf package.  Even better would be yumconf-centos which provides 
yumconf.
