[CentOS-devel] heartbeat srpm compile problem

Hi

I'm trying to compile the heartbeat 2.0.7 srpm from the .dev.centos
site on rhel 4 es. But I'm getting the following error:

Can anyone please tell me whats wrong with this, and if I'm missing
any packages. I've installed all the net-snmp packages except
php-snmp.
