I did test this on a real install of i386 and x86_64 for CentOS-3, including kernel upgrades. I also did stand up 2 other VMWare VM's (one of each C3 i386 and x86_64) for detailed testing (group installs, etc.). It did have WorksForMe(TM) status on those 4 machines.
