The operative word here is IF you get hit. The majority of the Centos 5 users with MailScanner is not hit but there 1 or confirmed cases where SA becomes unworkable. If that happens to someone the owner propably does not care too much about the exact source of the fix. Just that they need it badlay because their email flow has just about stopped.
