A hard decision for you, I am sure, and sad from where I sit, 
both for losing you, and for having asked you to consider 
joining the project.

Perhaps you should consider simply dialling back for a 
bit, and letting others take lead to 'pull the wagon'.

Thank you for your service the last few years here.  I know 
we'll still see you about.  ;)
