Its definitely on, were replumbing the entire mirror process, the work 
is sort of underway already. sqlite in the repo-md's will become 
possible then.

While its not easy to estimate how long this is going to take, its 
reasonable to assume that things should be in place for 4.8 release. So 
a couple of weeks at the most.
