[CentOS-devel] [CentOS-docs] Portal for br.centos.org or pt_br.centos.org

The CentOS-BR.org is a site where there are several things about CentOS in Brazil, where we have our front end for a while here in Brazil that do not leave the br.centos.org
and we have hundreds of the mirror is sponsored by Locaweb, so it is banner ads.
