heh -- Jeff has consistently 'played fair' even in the face of
libel and provocation for far longer than I can count. a
person following #rpm and engaging in thoughtful and even
vapid communication gets courteous and well written replies.

Additionally, if he asked, I would lobby for his addition to
the core CentOS cadre and innermost councils without
hesitation -- but from riding to and from OLS with him, from
sleeping in his guest bedroom and he in mine, from providing
him free space for a 'wild hare' exploration he wanted to do
[see: http://www.pmman.com/ ]and from talking on the phone
often with him, I know he hears a different drum than I

You know better than this.  Of course he influences already;
the build system model I have documented
 	ftp://ftp.owlriver.com/pub/local/ORC/
is in part based on my talking with him about 'beehive' and
'Prospector'

Some choose to not hear the answer (or perhaps not liked it)
when I have spoken
