Most of the stuff is actually working now. Except the process of 
creating the everything like repo, since there is no easy way to inject 
mirror.c.o and vault.c.o repo paths into one repomd/ repo ( collection? ).

The other, nasty, option is to have yum-security require another 
-release package that would then enable and install every repo under os/ 
and updates/ and have repomd info for everything available.

but stay focused :) I should have a complete working cycle soon.
