There are MANY ways to invoke mock to build packages ...

1.  Via the command line or via a script:

2.  Via a outdated build system called plague:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Projects/Plague

3.  Via the current fedora build system called koji:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Koji

As far as CentOS 6 goes, we have not yet gotten it to build correctly,
so we have no guidance to get it to build correctly.
