Look at the call for contributions on that specific point. A *lot* of people always complained about what can/could be done to push the centos wheel a little bit further and have faster releases. This time a specific call was sent for people wanting to contribute (on the centos-devel list and also on IRC *each* time that someone asked about 'how to contribute'). [1] Guess how much people really helped ? We can count on the fingers of *one* hand the people who really chased after branding issues for CentOS 6. I let you count how much people have discussed in this 'progress' thread, but haven't participated in the effort and do some simple maths ... That's quite 'interesting' to see that almost all people wanting to contribute just want to know the bits and bytes of the buildsystems (which aren't "hidden" because only using plague and mock), but nobody really wants to do something when pointed to something specific that doesn't seem 'geek oriented' at first sight ... :( Just my two cents ...
